Villa de Avila is a single-level hilltop hacienda in Querencia, above San Jose del Cabo, with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and room for 12 guests. It is available for weddings and celebrations for up to 100 guests, on a level lawn below the pool facing the Sea of Cortez. The infinity pool runs the whole front of the house with a rock waterfall at one end and a jacuzzi at the other. Inside there is a full-size billiards table and a grand piano. No stairs anywhere in the house.
