Policies:
- Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
- No Smoking in home or on balcony.
- Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies. If you have not rented the entire home, please be respectful to your neighbors.
- Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required. If you ve not rented the entire home, please remember that your neighbor may or may not have a fur-baby. Please be respectful.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
