- No Smoking in home or on balcony.
- Dogs up to 75lbs welcome (limit 2). $150 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required.

- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
