Just in Compass Bay, this modern and fully furnished townhouse is ready to welcome you and your family and/or group of friends on your next vacation trip to the Orlando area. Beautifully decorated, this home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Offering essential amenities such as a relaxing private jetted Jacuzzi to soak into after a long day at the theme parks or just to have a nice romantic night looking at the stars with your partner. There's also a patio table with seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the Florida sun. You will also have access to use the bbq grill so you can enjoy delicious meals the whole family can enjoy.

Located in Kissimmee, FL, in the Compass Bay gated community just minutes to Walt Disney World. Compass Bay's clubhouse offers great amenities such as an outdoor community heated pool, cabanas and gazebos, a children's playground, walking trails, picnic areas, minutes to golf, shopping and dining.

Bed Arrangement:

• 2 Suites - King Sized Bed in each
• 2 Bedroom - Twin over Full Sized Bunkbed with Twin trundle

All bedrooms feature TV's and cable. All TV's are Smart TV's which feature your favorite apps where you can stream your favorite TV shows and music so that you have access to the same comforts as you would if you were home. There's a full size washer and dryer for your personal use, equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $65 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning) 

HOT TUB: This property is equipped with a private outdoor Hot Tub which requires manual setup on the day of arrival. There is a $100 setup & Sanitization fee required. A $35 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay. Guests must prepay and make arrangements to use the Hot Tub prior to arrival. 

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.


SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. 

VALET TRASH PICK-UP -  Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please break down all cardboard boxes.  In addition, there’s also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. 

COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed. 

POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. 

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Getting Around
A car is recommended, but not necessary. One designated parking spot is included with your rental; additional guests can park in the guest lot, which is first-come, first-served. Uber and Lyft are also widely available.

Other Things to Note

·    Pack and play and highchair available upon request for no extra cost. 

·    Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.

·    Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay
-    Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
