Our 5-bedroom, 3-Bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for entertaining and family get-togethers situated on an oversized lot for plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
* The pool faces Southeast.
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
The spa will not heat up if pool heat is not paid for.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
This is a saltwater pool, 39x15x6ft.
Garage / Parking:
* Parking is available for up to 1 cars in the garage, and 4 additional cars in the driveway.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
Dock:
Dock is available for guest use, measuring 9x60.
