- Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
- NO Smoking in condo or on balcony.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- Docking or wet slip available on a first come first serve basis with trailer parking on site for $100 per stay. There is also a boat launch on site. Pre-registration is required.
