**Phoenix 10 will be installing tile balconies beginning on September 16th, 2024, with a projected completion date of December 25th, 2024. During this time, there will be some noise expected and limited access to certain areas of the property. The outdoor pool and splash pad will be closed beginning August 16th, though the indoor pool as well as the saunas, hot tubs, and fitness center will remain open.**
