Below is a list of the most Frequently Asked Questions by our guests. Please peruse this list before you contact us as we hope this list will help you answer your questions.

  • AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION WHEN DO I GET CONFIRMATION?

    It may take up to 24 hours for the system to process your credit card and send you confirmation.

  • ARE THERE BEACH TOWELS IN THE RENTAL UNITS?

    We provide beach towels for those homes/units that offer either a pool and/or spa.

  • IS THERE COFFEE OR COFFEE PODS AVAILABLE IN THE UNIT?

    We provide both drip coffee machines and pod machines in our homes/units. We supply a starter amount of coffee grounds and coffee pods.

  • IS THERE A HAIR DRYER IN THE UNIT?

    We provide one hair dryer per bathroom.

  • CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE, OR USE A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD?

    For payments other than those at the time of booking, we can accept alternative credit cards payments with a valid ID, selfie-style photo of you holding your ID and proof the card provided has your name listed as a user, i.e. a photo of the credit card used showing your name and the last 4 digits.

  • CAN I REQUEST AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?

    Early check-ins/late check-outs are based on availability and may be subject to a fee. Fees vary on the length of time between requesting and your arrival/departure. Inquire with Paseo Homes to determine eligibility and cost.

  • CAN I STILL GET THE CANCELLATION WAIVER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

    We utilize a third-party vendor that may still be able to cover your reservation with a cancellation waiver. Please inquire in the “Travel Insurance” tab.

  • DO ALL THE RENTALS USE DOOR CODES?

    Yes, all our rental homes use door codes. Each guest is provided with their own, dedicated door code to use throughout their stay. Door codes activate at the time of check in and deactivate at the time of checkout.

  • DO WE GET CONCIERGE SERVICE WITH OUR RESERVATION?

    Paseo Homes is proud to offer our certified concierge as part of your reservation. The services are free but the services inquired upon may come with an additional cost/fee.

  • DO YOU HAVE THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR GOLF SERVICES?

    Our certified concierge will be happy to connect you with our local golf pro who will then assist you with getting the best rates/packages on the best courses during your stay.

  • When will i FIND OUT THE ADDRESS FOR MY RENTAL?

    If you’re booking on an OTA (online travel agency) you will be provided the address once you’re outside of the free cancellation policy. When booking direct the address will be provided with your check-in instructions are emailed to you 48 hours prior to your arrival.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO POST TO MY CREDIT CARD?

    Once you have received confirmation from Paseo Homes that your cancelation and refund have been processed it can take between 7-10 business days to reflect on your financial statement.

  • HOW MANY PARKING SPACES DO I GET WITH MY RESERVATION?

    Most of our homes can accommodate 4-6 vehicles in the driveways, depending on the size of the vehicle. We do not allow street parking.

    Our condo/townhomes will come with a minimum of one parking space, usually covered but not guaranteed, and additional parking can be found within the complex/community.

  • Do you allow payments for reservation bookings?

    We utilize a 100% paid at the time of booking method.

  • MY RESERVATION IS nearing, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION SINCE making the reservation.

    We pride ourselves on giving our in-house and soon-to-be guests our undivided attention. If you need to make contact with us regarding questions, concerns, or are interested in making plans in advance with our certified concierge please reach out to us directly via one of the options we offer on our “contact us” page.

  • WE HAVE A TODDLER IN OUR GROUP, IS THERE A PACK-N-PLAY OR A CRIB IN THE RENTAL?

    Yes, we offer one pack n play per property. Please inquire about additional rentals with our certified concierge.

  • WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED to provide prior to checking in to our rental?

    You will receive a rental agreement no less than three (3) days prior to check-in. You are required to sign/date and return this document in order to prevent disruption of your reservation.

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BOOKING FEES I PAID TO VRBO/HOMEAWAY WHEN MY RESERVATION IS CANCELED/REFUNDED?

    We only process the rental amount of the reservation. You will need to reach out directly to the site booked upon to inquire about receiving a full refund of their service fees.

  • WHAT KIND OF AMENITIES ARE SUPPLIED IN EACH RENTAL?

    Each rental’s amenities vary and cannot be guaranteed at any given time. Please reach out to Paseo Homes for specific information regarding your rental and/or potential rental.

  • WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO I GET IN CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS?

    Your detailed check-in email will consist of the following:

    · Address
    · Check in/Checkout times
    · Designated door code
    · Parking information
    · Wi-Fi information

  • WHEN DO I GET CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS?

    Check in instructions will be emailed to the email address on file with the reservation 48 hours prior to your check in date/time.

  • WHERE DO I FIND THE WIFI LOGIN INFORMATION?

    Besides the check-in instructions email you may also find them within each home in a welcome letter/QR letter.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR RENTAL POLICIES?

    Please check our “Terms & Services” for a full list of our rental policies.

  • What toiletries are provided in the rental home and will i need to replenish any throughout my stay?

    We provide a starter supply of the following and you will need to either plan with our certified concierge for grocery delivery or plan to purchase these throughout your stay. We will not replenish toiletries during your stay despite the length of your stay. · Toilet paper · Paper towels · Trash bags · Hand & dish soaps · Dishwashing pods · Laundry detergent & dryer sheets · Shampoo/Conditioner & body wash · Ground coffee, coffee pods, sugar & creamer

  • Is there a diving board for the pool?

    We do not have diving boards at any of our properties for safety reasons.

  • Is there a BBQ grill and propane provided?

    Yes, we provide private BBQ grills at all our homes and townhomes. Condo/Apartments may provide community BBQ grills and are subject to availability. Propane is provided for all properties that are equipped with a private BBQ grill.
