- Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
- No Smoking in unit or on balcony.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- Parking passes for the July 4th & Blue Angels Week holidays are $150 each and will be charged after booking.
- Please Note: An exterior security camera is present and in place at the front door of the condo for added security. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.
