Pool Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pools/spa.
The spa will not warm up without the added pool heat.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 10 cars per property.
No Trailers Allowed.

We are pleased to offer two clubhouses at Championsgate Resort, this property is located closest to The Retreat Clubhouse.
It is a 2-minute drive or 9-minute walk to The Retreat Clubhouse from this property address.
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
