Casa del Mar
Casa del Mar is a beachfront villa inside the gated community of Punta Bella, on the Los Cabos Tourist Corridor. It sits on one of the quiet, swimmable stretches of this coast white sand, turquoise water, and one of the best sunrises in the area, since the house faces east over the Sea of Cortez. Five bedrooms, 12,000 square feet and up to 14 guests.
The house is unusually well equipped even for this level. There is a heated private pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna; a fitness room with a full weight rack, free weights and cardio equipment; a private padel court with floodlights and a palapa lounge beside it; an indoor bar; a fireplace; and a games and media area with a smart TV, satellite, a stereo system and a library of books, music and film. Outside, a large lawn runs toward the sand, with a fire pit, a hammock, sun loungers, a grill and outdoor dining furniture. There is even an EV car charger in the garage still rare in Los Cabos.
All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; there are five full bathrooms plus four half baths across the house. The primary bedroom has two king beds, two more bedrooms have king beds, and the last two have two queen beds each a layout that works as well for two families travelling together as for one large group.
Housekeeping is included. Punta Bella is gated and quiet, the airport (SJD) is about 16 miles away and downtown San Jos del Cabo about 6, with golf inside 30 minutes and tennis courts nearby. Paddleboards and beach gear are at the house, and the water in front is good for swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. Yes. Casa del Mar has its own private padel court on the property, with a turf surface, glass back wall and floodlights, framed by palms and a shaded palapa lounge right beside it. There are also tennis courts nearby if you want a second option.

Is there an EV charger?
Yes. Casa del Mar has an electric vehicle charger on site, which is still uncommon in Los Cabos useful if you are renting an EV.
