Just as big moments are often celebrated in dining rooms, the kitchens of your homes (and ours) have always been where the smaller moments are enjoyed. Our quality appliances bring the joy back to your cooking experiences, helping to make short work of the big chores, and center islands and breakfast bars are where cookie dough is rolled out, vegetables are chopped, and breakfasts of cereal and juice are often devoured. Coffee is always brewing, wine stays chilled to the perfect temp, either as they are resting in spacious refrigerators or in wine chillers tucked under the center island, and the cheerful vibe of this room designed for food, drink, and community will make it the most popular room in the house.
Putting the Fun into Vacation Accommodations
Today’s travelers want and deserve to be entertained, and the options for fun in our North Scottsdale vacation homes are nearly endless. Game rooms and theater rooms may be found inside the property, and the large backyards attached to each home offer even more ways to play and relax. The heart of the home moves to the outside with the addition of outdoor kitchens, furnished with top of the line grills, dining areas, even outdoor refrigerators to hold condiments, beer, soda, and wine. Swimming pools are quite often the largest draws of our backyards, with hot tubs running a close second in popularity. It can get a little too warm for hot tubs to be appreciated during the hottest months of the year, but a pool can be heated, extending its time in the sun much longer than you expect. Firepits and outdoor fireplaces, putting greens and cornhole games; the words “I’m bored” should never be heard when relaxing at home with Paseo Homes.
Attention to Detail
When you work in the vacation home industry you learn early on that every detail is the most important detail and sometimes that includes things the more mundane items like laundry rooms, bathrooms, and dishware. When you choose one of our Glendale properties—or any of our Paseo Homes properties—you can expect to find enough dishes, glasses, and silverware for every member of your traveling party, you will find that our laundry rooms feature updated washers and dryers, and bathrooms will contain soft and fluffy towels. If there is a pool or hot tub in the backyard, there will be beach towels in the closet and if the grill is gas, propane will be provided. We want our guests to concentrate on relaxation and the only concerns they should have is the one that reminds you time is going so quickly your trip will be over far too soon. (We can’t take that worry away from you, unfortunately.)
