Chef, Matt Carter, skillfully prepares modern Latin cuisine using a traditional “Plancha” style grill while infusing flavors over pecan and mesquite wood. Blending culinary influences from Spain, Mexico, Central and South America to create this contemporary Hot Spot in Downtown Scottsdale.
