Our open floor plan welcomes guests for an enjoyable gathering space inside and outside. Enjoy our backyard amenities such as swimming, cornhole, putting green and ping pong. We have a large driveway and plenty of parking available for your group. We can accommodate up to a 30' RV on the side of our home. Please keep in mind there are no RV hookups onsite.
This prime Paradise Valley Village location is centrally located with shopping, hiking, biking, casinos, restaurants, golf, and pickleball, among many other attractions minutes away or within walking distance! We are located within walking distance from a Walmart Super Center and Costco. Shopping nearby includes Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter as well as Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Old Town Scottsdale. There are several restaurants including The Mexicano, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Trevor’s, Julio G’s and many others.
Enjoy easy access to the freeway for road trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Superstition Mountains and many other spectacular locations to sightsee in our Grand Canyon state.

Bedroom 4: Two Full over Full Bunk Beds

-Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash plus one Hair Dryer in each bathroom
-Outdoor Propane BBQ Grill
-All High-Quality Linens including Multiple Towels (Bath, Pool & Hand)
-Baby gear: Booster Seat & Pack n Play
-100 MB WIFI speed and YouTube TV or Internet TV access throughout
-We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance as we follow a strict cancellation policy!

THIS HOME IS UNDER SURVELLIANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Dogs welcome upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
Other Information:
• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats Preferred
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
• ***RENTAL CONTRACT:
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour’s noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
