- Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
- Two parking passes are included in your quoted price ($30 each for short-term stays/$50 each for monthly stays, prices subject to change) and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. They must be displayed in your windshield.
- No Smoking in the condo or on balcony/deck.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
