THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• Cleaning fee is based on length of stay:
- 30 day stays include one cleaning fee
- 30+ days stays will include one cleaning fee per every 30 days
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Inquire on dogs prior to booking. Absolutely no cats. Fees may apply.
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
*We use NoiseAware software to monitor any excessive noise or elevated occupancy on the property.
Other Information:
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you prior to your check in time via email.
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit and lease agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are non-refundable
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour’s noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party condo.
