Our abode is conveniently reachable via the 202, and upon arrival at the gated community, you'll be greeted with stunning views of the communal pool and spa that overlook the lake en route to our residence. We're situated less than a block away from the community area, ensuring easy access and convenience. In the vicinity, Desert Foothills Park awaits your exploration, offering playgrounds and expansive areas for strolling and children's play, all just minutes away. Our location boasts a mere 20-minute drive to downtown Chandler and Sky Harbor International Airport, and a 30-minute journey to both downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale. Here, you'll find the tranquility and calm of a secluded neighborhood, coupled with the proximity to Arizona's exciting activities and natural wonders.

We supply:
-All major appliances in the Kitchen plus Drip Coffee, Keurig, Toaster, Blender, Cooking essentials, Silverware & Dishware

-Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash plus one Hair Dryer in each full bathroom
-Outdoor BBQ Grill
-All High-Quality Linens including Multiple Towels (Bath, Pool & Hand)
-25 MB WIFI speed and YouTube TV or Internet TV access throughout
-We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance as we follow a strict cancellation policy!

House Rules:
THIS HOME IS UNDER SURVELLIANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

Other Information:
• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking. SMALL DOGS ONLY (max 2)
• No cats Preferred
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each condo. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation but it is recommended to provide your own transportation
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are non-refundable
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

• ***RENTAL CONTRACT:
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Phoenix explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour’s noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is2022-2465.
